About The Role
As the Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively overseeing and supporting a small portfolio including 2 x key accounts and several smaller account customers across Switzerland.
- Serving as the main point of contact for your assigned customer base and acting as the link to HQ in relation to system installations, after sales support and problem resolution.
- Leading and supporting the local service team, managing communication and scheduling on-site technical services.
- Documenting and assessing customer problems, maintaining a list of all open issues ensuring each is resolved in a timely manner.
- Promoting and selling service products, ensuring orders are technically and commercially accurate.
- Handling customer enquiries and preparing spare parts estimates.
- Organising and overseeing system installations, maintenance and repairs for your customer base.
About You
The successful candidate will possess experience in Customer Service, Technical Support of Field Service Management and be willing to travel across Switzerland with the occasional visit elsewhere in Europe if needed.
A technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering is highly beneficial.
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential as is your ability to retain technical information. Advanced level English and German language skills are required.
Due to the nature of the role, it’s essential you possess strong attention to detail, are well organised and comfortable multitasking.
