POSITION
As a Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for: –
- Covering the Scotland region
- Maintaining lasting customer relationships with treatment facilities
- Conducting technical discussions with Plant and Operations Managers to understand their current challenges
- Offering consultative advice on my client’s bespoke treatment solutions and discussing how they can provide positive gains to AD plant performance
- Providing solutions to maintain a stable pH balance
- Operating in a 50% existing and 50% new business sales role
- Attending sales meetings at head office when required
PERSON
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in areas such as biological treatment, wastewater treatment, sludge treatment or food waste treatment.
Applicants must be educated to minimum degree level within Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry or affiliated.
A background in B2B account management, technical sales or business development is essential.
Any experience selling or distributing chemicals to treatment plants would be a huge advantage.
