About The Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will operate from my client’s office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and be responsible for:
- Supporting the sales of new industrial equipment and related technical services.
- Providing first-class customer support and assistance in relation to new and existing orders.
- Processing sales orders ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaising with the logistics team to track and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Responding to customer queries and helping resolve any issues related to the sales transaction.
- Tracking sales performance for the Saudi operation and supporting with the creation of weekly and monthly sales reports, show casing performance vs target.
- Coordinating, optimizing and organising the travel arrangements for the sales and field service engineering team within Saudi Arabi, whilst also managing their travel expenses.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls and appointments for the team.
About You
Experience working in a sales administration, sales support, or service coordination role in an engineering, industrial, manufacturing or other technical business is essential, as is a strong order processing background using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
You will possess great communication skills (Business level English), fantastic attention to detail and a natural desire to support customers.
Other key skills include:
- Competent use of Microsoft Office, Outlook & CRM / ERP systems.
- Comfortable building relationships with customers.
- Organised with a desire to learn.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to travel when needed for training.
