Client Referral Programme – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Mase Consulting Ltd Client Referral Programme, which is only available to existing clients. By submitting a referral, you agree to the following:Eligibility
- This programme is exclusively for existing clients of Mase Consulting Ltd.
- An existing client is defined as a business that has previously partnered with us on a recruitment campaign.
- Referrals from non-clients, candidates, suppliers, or members of the general public are not eligible.
What Counts as a Valid Referral
A valid referral is the introduction to a hiring manager, business owner, or senior HR professional at a company who is actively hiring:- The referred organisation must not be an existing or recent client of Mase Consulting Ltd. This means they must not currently work with us or have had any communication, meetings, proposals, or candidate submissions from us in the past 24 months.
- The referral must be submitted via our referral page or directly to your Mase Consulting contact in writing.
- If two companies refer the same business, the reward will go to the company whose referral we received first, based on the timestamp of the email or referral form.
Referral Rewards
Rewards are issued based on the number of successful client referrals:| Successful Referrals | Reward |

- The referred company engages Mase Consulting Ltd on a retained, exclusive or contingent recruitment assignment.
- A successful placement is made with the referred organisation.
- The candidate placed successfully passes their probationary period and any rebate guarantees have expired.
Reward Conditions
- Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
- The discount applies to a future recruitment project and cannot be used retrospectively.
- The discount applies to one recruitment project only and will be deducted from a single invoice, not spread across multiple roles or invoices.
- Rewards must be redeemed within 6 months of being issued.
- Once an organisation has earned rewards for three referrals, the cycle will restart for subsequent referrals.
- Rewards will be issued once the candidate’s probationary period with the referred business has been completed and any rebate period agreed has expired.
General Exclusions
- You may not refer your own company or related subsidiaries or legal entities.
- Referrals of companies already known to Mase Consulting Ltd, or active in our CRM or sales pipeline, will not qualify.
- We reserve the right to decline a referral if it is outside our specialisms or geographical focus.
