How long will the recruitment process take?

Due to the uniqueness of each job brief, person specification and employer availability, determining an exact timeline for the process can be difficult. However, we aim to provide a detailed shortlist of candidates within 7-14 days of the briefing call we have with the hiring manager.

Does your agency provide temporary or permanent recruitment?

We solely focus on permanent placements, identifying high-calibre candidates for businesses seeking individuals who will be with them for the long run, aiding in their growth and driving the business forward.

What types of candidate pre-screening techniques does your agency use?

All candidates introduced to our clients have been thoroughly interviewed by our recruitment team. Rather than the usual screening calls that most agencies adhere to following a set list of questions, we engage in conversations with potential candidates which can usually last 60-80 minutes to develop a deep understanding of their skills and capabilities and also provide them with a thorough understanding of your business and opportunity.
